At The Love Me Project, your satisfaction is our main priority. We believe in our products and know that you will love them as much as we do. If for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with the product(s) you purchased from us, simply return or exchange within seven (14) days of the delivery date and we'll give you a full refund (less shipping and handling fees).
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused / unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, Please follow the steps listed below to ensure your return/exchange is properly completed:
Step 1: Complete and submit the Return/Exchange Form (RMA) .
Step 2: A Return / Exchange Authorization number and instructions on where to ship your items will be sent to your email address within 24 hours.
Step 3: Please follow the return instructions carefully. Failure to do so could invalidate your return.
Once returned items are received, please allow 2-3 days for your return to be processed.
Note: A return authorization number is required for all returned and exchange items. The RMA number is only valid for 10 days after it has been issued.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24-48 hours.
Please fill out the Return / Exchange Form and indicate that you would like to have in exchange of your original order.
You would be responsible for any additional shipping charges. Order processing will take up to 5 business days and you'll get the tracking number once it has shipped.
